i wAS planning another Lad for this week, but this guy popped up on shuffle 3 times today & i decided to take it as a Sign that he’s lucky number 20 (is 20 a lucky number? idk! feels round, like a milestone. celebrate!!!!)

20: SLOWTHAI

LISTEN yeah. slowthai is so cool. sooooooooooooo fucking cool. and that’s hot. he’s hot bc he’s cool and he’s cool bc i don’t think he gives a single fuck. he’s got this loose liquid energy. powerful and all over the place. like there’s all this energy loaded within him and ready to burst out. i think that’s cool - to have all this talent and energy and power inside u. i bet he’s a really interesting guy. bet he’d be really chill to j hang out with.

obvs i think part of me fancying him is: i think his music is very good. i think he’s a very good writer, has this dexterity with words, like they are malleable and plastic but also something to play with - be playful with. that’s hot.

But he’s also just — hot. maybe it’s charisma? idk. he’s my type. if i saw slowthai on the street and he was just A Man, A Normal Innocent Man, i’d be like O.O who’s he???
