April 2025: Recipient 55, Tobi Ajibola

the 55th Recipient of the White Pube Creatives Grant is … Tobi Ajibola! Tobi is a fashion designer and multidisciplinary artist based in London. Tobi sent over images of pieces from TobiLDN, an independent label he founded. We were interested in the way his work plays with the line between fashion and art, fucks with material, silhouette and form. It’s a line that’s fun to blur! Garment or wearable artwork, these are handcrafted items that we’re excited by. We hope you enjoy Tobi’s work as much as we did, and we’re glad for the chance to support his work in this way.

Hi, my name is Tobi Ajibola. I’m a fashion designer and multidisciplinary artist based in London. I run TOBILDN, a brand focused on creating garments from discarded textiles and biodegradable materials, blending sustainability with Avant-garde style design.
