We are 2 critics known for our writing but it just so happens that one of us loves making videos and one of us can’t stop making videos even when one of us should be writing instead. It’s Gabrielle hello I’m one of us 😔 I’m gonna use this page to embed a few of those videos I make when I’m skiving – a mixture of criticism and vlogs. JUDGING OLD PAINTINGS FOR FUN:

in this video, I flick through the 1995 catalogue for the John Moores Painting Prize (the oldest painting prize in the UK), and I chat through my thoughts. One of the paintings is called Shitfight. One of the paintings looks like me and my boyfriend. I will likely make ten more of these videos. You are under no obligation to watch them. I just cannot help myself.

WEEK IN THE LIFE OF A CRITIC

I filmed this in Spring 2023. I would probably do more of these if I went anywhere or did anything but my chronic illness (POTS) is so bad as of late that I mostly just stay in my house and shout at the moon, and no one needs to see a video of that!!!!
